PROJECT DESCRIPTION
“Development of MOBINAL WOOD SRL through the acquisition of high-performance assets”
MOBINAL WOOD SRL, as Beneficiary, is implementing the project entitled:
“Development of MOBINAL WOOD SRL through the acquisition of high-performance assets”, SMIS code 320960,
based on financing contract no. 15/206/PTJ_P4/14.10.2024 concluded with the Ministry of Investments
and European Projects as the Managing Authority for the Just Transition Programme, and the South-East
Regional Development Agency as Intermediate Body for the Just Transition Programme 2021-2027 (IB JTP).
The general objective of the project is to carry out an initial investment and support
productive investments within MOBINAL WOOD SRL by increasing the company’s competitiveness and creating new
jobs, in order to mitigate the socio-economic impact of the transition to climate neutrality.
The specific objectives of the project:
1. Development of MOBINAL WOOD SRL’s activity through the EXPANSION OF OPERATIONS in the field corresponding
to NACE Code 1623 “Manufacture of other builders’ carpentry and joinery”
2. Creation of 3 new jobs directly linked to the investment targeted by the project at the end of the implementation period
Project results:
- 8 tangible and intangible assets purchased, received, and put into operation
- 3 new jobs created in the activity field targeted by the project
Project impact: mitigation of the socio-economic impact of the transition to climate neutrality
in Galați County through the implementation of an environmentally sustainable investment and the creation of new
jobs for people affected by the transition to climate neutrality at territorial level.
The total value of the project is 2,208,849.90 lei, and the value of the non-refundable financing is
1,388,908.43 lei, of which 1,180,572.17 lei from the Just Transition Fund (JTF) and
208,336.26 lei from the National Budget.
